PHASE FIVE ( DAY TWO ) 
4th November 2016

After we let it dry for one day, we continue to do the stenciling at 10.00 AM that requires a lot of patience and learn to do it neatly since we do it on the stage  . For me it is one of the most challenging task because it gets quite a lot of smudges. For the stage , we required to do

    Stencil it's a slow process because it takes a lot of dabbing method and since the template we use is a very thin PVC paper it is easy to go through so we must be extra careful and again need a lot of patience . so here are the result of our design 

But we manage to finish it 2 days and follow our schedule because all the 10 people are participating in every task as TEAMWORK . And that is the most important thing I have learn throughout this subject . 

The conclusion of this assignment is basically learn to give to people more . It is not just to fulfill our grades , the client at first wants a lot of things but we are there to provide a small change within the environment that could help the people who is utilize it feels comfortable and sooth.It takes a lot of time patience and moral for this subject .

IN THE MAKING - PHASE FIVE

PHASE FIVE (DAY ONE) 
3rd November 2016

We started on 10.00 AM our first task is to repaint all the green wall as it was to striking and change it to grey color. We all manage to experience paint some of us takes turn and some of us do the small corners . It took as quite long hour to do but we manage to paint it in one day . The reason for it is because after we paint we needed to do the second coating . So before we start the 2nd one we waited for at least 1 or 2 hours to completely dry  .

Before we started painting , we masking tape the edges part so it wont get paint and second of all we wipe off all the dust on the wall so its an easy flow when painting .

And then we started to cover all the green wall to grey color . Not only to have soothing color but also to match with the original blue color .

Since the boys are doing the second coating on the stage, the girls manage to do the stenciling on the basin divider but not in details as we wanted to see if its ok using the PVC paper because if its not working we might have to reprint using a thicker PVC paper .

It took us quite a long day , we finish everything the painting about 5.00 PM and continue to day two

STENCIL AND SHOPPING - PHASE FOUR

PHASE FOUR

31st October 2016

at 12.00 PM me and the group started the stenciling by printing out the pattern such as letters,bamboo  and birds on a PVC paper and started to cut the shape of it . it took us about 12pm until 2 pm 

After we done cutting the stencil , me and Fana straight away went to buy all the items such as paint, brushes and plants for decoration until 6 pm . . The most longest day for community service subject but we manage to finish the stencil and buy the items , since we are on a tight budget we decided to minimize the items but still 10 people can work at the same times . such as 3 rollers , 4 brushes , some sponges so we all could participate . 

REDESIGN AND RETHINK - PHASE THREE

PHASE THREE 
27th October 2016

After we present the floral design at our client Puan Anizah , there were some changes towards the design . She needs more greenery color and a bamboo theme design for the area . Thus, we redesign for Puan Anizah by taking out all the floral design and put different types bamboo shapes and design and a different types of plantations to have more options .

In that day Puan Anizah approve our proposal no. 2 & 3 and by adding some detail touches for the design such as welcome sign on the stage and birds . 

DISCUSSION AND DESIGN - PHASE TWO

PHASE TWO  
26th November 2016 

Each of us needed to propose a design for the stage and basin divider for our client . 

The client request to be soft and calm color which create sooth environment for the people who utilize it . And making it more inviting , so our group discuss and choose a more neutral color such as grey and also to add more essence to the space we design a flower pattern on the stage.and some we design. 

We also discuss in details when and how should we do it . The method of painting and how long will it takes . As our discussion confirm we wanted to do a stencil method by cutting a template and dab it using sponge . And another discussion during our meeting we talk about how long will it takes for the painting to properly dry some say 1 day and with that we decided to make a 2 days activities .

COMMUNITY SERVICE - PHASE ONE

PHASE ONE 

An assignment to conduct for us doing a community service for the people in need . Thus, the phase one that our lecturers discuss about is the introduction of the site and to divide different task for each group which acquired 10 people  . The introduction of phase 1 is that Miss Norseah and Mr.Max introduce us this particular place name Pusat Sehenti Bina Diri where our task is to redecorate the cafeteria ( Interior part )

And after that Fana and Mathuri were going to site for analysis .
